At Wacoal, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 60 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
